This video shows a female teacher in Filipino at a public school in Caloocan City cussing her students and slapping one of them, a 15-year-old boy whom we shall call Mike (not his real name).
According to Mike, the incident involved him and the rest of his 8th Grade classmates. They had been playing some music inside the classroom and used loud speakers. Whne the teacher walked in, she was upset. She closed the door to the classroom and confiscated the speakers.
Mike and his classmates said sorry and requested to get back the speakers. This was when the teacher got mad and slapped him. The teacher then reportedly said that it would be easy for her to tell a different story about what happened.
Initially, Mike’s parents didn’t want to file a complaint against the teacher. However, they said they were forced to do so after she spread rumors about Mike being the instigator of the heated encounter. Mike’s mother has gone to the Department of Education (DepEd) to formally file the complaint against the teacher.
So far, the teacher has not answered calls from the DepEd and has also allegedly not being going home. (from a TV Patrol report)
