A closed-circuit television camera footage caught a man and a little girl stealing a bag in a restaurant.
The CCTV showed the the man and child entering the establishment. After a few moments, the man spotted a vulnerable target. The man then instructed the girl to get the bag of a customer when the restaurant crew were looking elsewhere.
Once the girl had the bag, the man picked her up and they immediately left the restaurant.
The report didn’t mention the name or general location of the restaurant.
