CCTV footage taken along Scout Tobias Street in Barangay Laging Handa, Quezon City last week shows a woman holding on to her bag even as she got dragged by a snatcher riding a motorcycle.
The woman had been walking along the street when the snatcher took hold of her bag and attempted to take it from her. But she refused to let go of it.
Eventually, the snatcher let go of the bag and the woman was left sprawled on the street. She suffered some injuries, but her bag was still with her.
Barangay officials attempted to follow the suspect, but they lost him. —from an Umagang Kay Ganda report
