Top Gear Philippines shared this video “to remind everyone of the importance of crossing the road safely” and to “always use the elevated walkway whenever there’s one.”
The video, which was originally posted on the Proud To Be One Barangay Old Balara Facebook page shows a hit-and-run incident which happened along Commonwealth Avenue corner Tandang Sora in Quezon City.
At the video’s 0:10 mark, a pedestrian is seen being hit by a car. The car, though, just speeds away after hitting the man. The incident happened at 12:33am last Sat, Mar 14. The car was identified as a black Honda with plate number ALF-888.
