CCTV cameras caught two men in the act of stealing a steel barrier in Roxas District, Quezon City. The incident happened last Jul 16.
The CCTV footage shows that there was heavy rain when the suspects arrived on Scout Chuatoco Street on board a truck. They got off and then were seen carrying a steel barrier, which they quickly loaded onto the truck.
Barangay officials say that many criminals take advantage of bad weather. They are now trying to identify the men seen on the video. —from an Umagang Kay Ganda report
