‘Caloy’ goes for Visayas and Mindanao, Luzon won’t feel him

He’s just not that into us.

“The low pressure area that has been in Philippine territory for two days has intensified into a tropical depression by Friday, March 21, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA),” reports Solar News Online.

As of 4am today, Friday, Mar 21, the depression, now called Caloy, was 360 kilometers east of Davao City. As such, PAGASA has raised Storm Signal No. 1 over Davao Oriental, Davao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Agusan del Sur.

Luzon isn’t expected to feel Caloy.
