Bullet holes in COA building not by angry lawmakers

An attack on the Commission on Audit by angry lawmakers or a sorry miss by armed men on a patron of a KTV bar? Police are leaning on the latter after bullet holes were discovered on the second floor windows of Commission on Audit headquarters on Wednesday morning. The bullet holes were found around 9am and COA staff immediately sought police assistance, according to Chief Supt. Richard Albano, the director of the Quezon City Police District. As police dug deeper into the case, investigators found out that a patron of a nearby KTV bar had a near-miss with assassins on motorcycles. Around 7am, a customer of the KTV bar was shot at by two men on board motorcycles, according to police, quoting witnesses. MM
