Bulacan man rapes 2 sisters-in-law, declares himself drug-free

“Wala po akong bisyo.” Translation: “I have no vices.”

This was the claim made by man in Hagonoy, Bulacan, who was arrested after it was discovered that he had raped his wife’s two sisters.

One of his victims is just 13 years old.

The man, along with his wife and child, lived in the same house with her mother and her two sisters. For the longest time, the two victims didn’t say anything about what their brother-in-law was doing to them because they didn’t want to hurt their sister’s feelings.

The 13-year-old girl said she had been fondled by her brother-in-law since she was eight years old.

Just recently, though, the sexual abuse escalated and he forcibly had sex with her. That was when she finally told her mother about the abuse.

The man confessed to the crime he committed against his wife’s sisters, but insisted that it was because he had a mental condition that pushed him to rape them.

“Hindi ko po talaga mapigilan,” he said in a TV Patrol report. He adamantly stated that he is not a drug addict, as well.

(“I couldn’t control myself.”)

He repeatedly stated that he was not on drugs — like he expected that to make a difference.
