The run up to the elections on Monday continues with Catholic lay leader Bro. Mike Velarde’s endorsement of Ramon “Jun” Magsaysay and Benigno “Bam” Aquino for senators.
Bro. Mike is the leader and founder of the El Shaddai Movement, one of the largest Catholic groups in the country. The endorsement brings the number of Team PNoy candidates endorsed by the “White Vote Movement” to five. The “White Vote Movement” also endorsed six candidates from United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) and one from Ang Kapatiran, ABS CBN News reported.
