This is a stellar achievement in the world of criminals.

“A convicted British drug dealer named John Halliday, who was recently ordered deported from the country, has made his mark as the first person to be arrested under the extradition treaty between the Philippines and UK,” reports Zyann Ambrosio on ABS-CBNnews.com.

The report noted: “Halliday went into hiding in the Philippines after being sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in the United Kingdom on December 13, 2013. He was arrested by the Interpol Division of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) last January 23 in Taguig City.”

The NBI revealed that “Halliday was part of a drug syndicate selling class B drugs (party drugs) in the UK, selling drugs that allegedly came from countries such as China and India.”

Halliday refused to comment on his case and his arrest.
