A little over an hour ago, the Supreme Court of the Philippines has ruled the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) unconsititutional. The justices voted 14-0.
According to ABS-CBNnews.com, “Associate justice Presbitero Velasco uninhibited. His son is a member of the House of Representative.”
In addition, the SC ruled that the Malampaya fund be used solely for energy-related projects. For this, the justices voted 13-0.
