The former child star and QC 4th District councilor allegedly tested positive for marijuana and shabu after the city’s 36 councilors and vice mayor underwent drug tests early this month.
On Sat, Aug, 6, Belmonte, who sits as head of the city’s Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council, admitted that one of the city’s councilors tested positive.
On Wed, Aug 10, Herbert reportedly admitted in a closed-door meeting with department heads that the councilor was no other than his brother.
