Is this Quezon City’s “new normal”?
“The body of an unidentified man was found stashed in a garbage bag along the Aurora Boulevard flyover in Cubao, Quezon City at around 11pm on Wednesday, Jan 15,” reports Reinir Padua in The Philippine Star.
The victim, who appeared to be in his late 40s, had multiple stab wounds on his chest. It was noted that he may have also been strangled.
