What is up with these letters from VP Binay?
After the super short 13-worded resignation letter addressed to the President, here is yet another letter signed by the Veep and addressed to Sen. Aquilino Pimentel. It was taken by ABS-CBN journo Ryan Chua and was shared by ANC 24/7 Facebook page.
In it, Binay reacts to something he read on the paper. That Sen. Pimentel has requested an audit on the shelter agencies under the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council, which Binay happens to head.
The Vice President then goes on an offensive: “Obviously, your statement is but part of the demolition by perception employed by you and your Senate cohorts for the past 10 months.”
He ends the letter with a very Pinoy action movie line: “Magpakalalaki ka. I expect nothing less than a continuation of your demolition campaign against me.”
Touché.
