The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) has warned the public that a new illegal substance is making the rounds in Metro Manila.
“The so-called ‘Fly High’ drug is a mix of components from Ecstasy, shabu, and Cialis (the chinese version of viagra),” reports ANC.
One pill is reportedly worth PHP1,500 to PHP3,500 pesos. Each capsule can be taken apart and the powder can be mixed in drinks. This way, as many as two to eight individuals can partake in the hit.
The effect of the drug includes “three to four days of no sleep” and “an insatiable appetite for sex.”
