“Senator Bong Revilla was just a few feet away from whistleblower Benhur Luy, when Luy testified on the senator’s alleged involvement in the pork barrel scam,” reports ANBS-CBNnews.com.
Luy was present during the hearing on Revilla’s petition for bail. Also present were Revilla’s wife, cavite Rep. Lani Mercado, their son Jolo, and the senator’s brother, Strike.
Luy basically restated what he said during the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee when he detailed the multi-billion peso scam.
He reiterated his claim that “Revilla’s usual kickback was 25% of his pork barrel allotted for Napoles’s alleged bogus NGOs.”
