How much more petty can this get?
“Defense lawyers chided pork barrel scam primary whistleblower Benhur Luy for his demeanor while testifying during Senator Jinggoy Estrada’s bail hearing on Monday, September 15,” reports Jenny Reyes on ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report related: “Luy appeared before the 5th division of the Sandiganbayan for the first time to testify against Estrada and Janet Lim Napoles’ motions for bail. While on the witness stand, Luy was often smiling, chuckling at one point when asked to identify some of the lawmakers implicated in the scam, including Estrada.”
Napoles’ legal counsel, Atty. Stephen David, told the justices that Luy appeared to be taking the proceedings in stride.
However, Justice Undersecretary Jose Justiniano, said Luy was “just relaxed.”
