Be there: ‘Euphoria’ party at InterCon Manila!

The sad new is, InterContinental Manila will officially close its doors on Jan 1, 2016 when the last guests check out.

The good new is, it won’t do so without throwing a party befitting its history of massive good fun.

On Dec 30 and for one night only, the hotel is bringing back its famous Euphoria Disco with Euphoria: A Celebration of an Era party.

Relive all your takas memories as Juan Miguel Salvador and the Authority takes the floor like they used to.

And just like old times, DJs Boyet Sison, John Robinson, and Jon Tupas will hit the decks, spinning old faves — “Bizarre Love Triangle”, anyone? — to make sure everybody will be back up the ledge and dancing.

In case the Euphoria party leave you wanting for more, allow us to throw in this extra piece of information here: InterCon Manila will also have a New Year’s Eve countdown party the following day, on Dec 31.

The NYE party will have the Silk Band providing entertainment as you gulp down free-flowing drinks.

We say, book a table at Prince Albert Rotisserie or The Jeepney between parties and enjoy the Prime Rib and Samurai Crepes for the very last time.

InterContinental Manila will be torn down to give way to a mixed-use intermodal commercial complex comprised of office towers, low-rise retail buildings, and a transport terminal for buses, jeepneys, and the MRT.
