‘Basag-Kotse’ robbers hit 3 cars parked at SM Mall of Asia

Be careful where you park while you do your holiday shopping.

“Three car owners fell victim to the “basag-kotse” gang at the Mall of Asia (MOA) parking area in Pasay on Sat night, December 5,” reports Fred Cipres on ABS-CBNnews.com.

The following were the victims.

1. Bryson Bundang discovered the shattered window of his Mitsubishi Space Wagon. Taken from the car was a Global Positioning System (GPS) device.

2. Karl Matthew Quimpo found that the suspects also took three bags, PHP3,500 cash, a passport, and several gadgets from his Toyota Avanza.

3. Jerry Munsod lost three bags, gadgets, an ATM card and PHP6,000 cash left inside his Toyota. A screwdriver believed to belong to the suspects was found inside his car.

The Pasay police are still investigating the incident.
