Bank of the Philippine Islands automated teller machines and the bank’s electronic payment system are back online after being down for several hours.
BPI announced its system was back to normal over its @TalktoBPI Twitter account late Monday evening:

Earlier Monday evening, the bank advised BPI cardholders that their system was down. The downtime prompted complaints on social media, with some reporting they were having trouble accessing their accounts from ATMs of other banks.
