Following reports that a gas leak was the most probable cause of the recent explosion at Two Serendra, officials said they have shut down the high-end condo’s centralized liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution system.
In a Twitter post, Interior Secretary Mar Roxas II said Ayala Land president Tony Roxas sent him a text message confirming the company’s move to shut down the piped-in gas system in Serendra. He added that there are also plans to conduct a thorough inspection of all gas systems in the area, ABS CBN News reported.
