Ateneo’s Kiefer Ravena wins MVP award

Bravo, champ!

“Ateneo de Manila University’s star guard Kiefer Ravena is the Most Valuable Player of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines Season 77 men’s basketball tournament after topping the statistical points race at the end of the double elimination round,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

In the final tally of UAAP statistics, Ravena averaged a league-leading 21.2 points to go along with 5.9 rebounds, 5.6 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He led Ateneo to an 11-3 record and the top seed at the end of the eliminations.

Coming in second in the MVP race was De La Salle Univeristy player Jeron Teng, while Far Eastern University forward Mac Belo came in third.
