“The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has set up the Facebook page, LTFRB Citizen Enforcer, for commuters to report erring public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers and operators,” reports Reinir Padua in The Philippine Star.
LTFRB chairman Winston Ginez was quoted as saying, “Everyone is welcome to post complaints, pictures and videos of drivers and operators of taxis, utility vehicles, jeepneys, buses, trucks for hire, shuttle and tourist buses, and other PUVs.”
Ginez likewise promised that they will “swiftly act on complaints posted on the page.”
