“The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) unveiled the articulated bus, which is 19 meters long and can seat 100 people, on Wednesday, May 7,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
The articulated bus is being proposed as a vehicle to “ease the long lines at the Metro Rail Transit.”
The report noted: “The bus will make stops at the Buendia, Ayala and Taft Avenue MRT stations for southbound passengers. It will pass through EDSA underpass and overpass, make stops at Buendia, Ayala and Taft Stations and finally take its turn at the SM Mall of Asia rotunda before ending its run near NAIA Terminal 2.”
