Anti-pork marchers cleaned up Rizal Park

Now you know why they’re smiling.

Monday’s “Million People March” was peaceful, orderly and clean. Surprisingly, Rizal Park and its vicinity was not littered with trash left by protesters. According to the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) Juliet Villegas, majority of protesters had brought their own garbage bags and trash bins. The Ecowaste Coalition also stayed behind and helped in the clean up.
