“The Quezon City Prosecutors’ Office has cleared TV host and actor Vhong’ Navarro from the rape complaint filed by stunt woman Margarita ‘Mai’ Fajardo,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
The report noted: “Fajardo alleged that Navarro forced her into performing oral sex on him inside the actor’s sports utility vehicle during the last few weeks of the taping of the telenovela Betty Lafea five years ago.”
Assistant City Prosecutor John Patrick Corpuz pointed out that “Fajardo failed to explain how Navarro grabbed, pulled and forced her to perform oral sex on the actor.”
“The degree on how the said action were made are necessary to determine whether or not complainant who is able bodied and of sound mind was deprived, vitiated and impaired of freedom to struggle and resist the forceful act being inflicted on her person,” the resolution read.
