Remember our post on the funny Pinoy doctor who needed help? Well, he won the America Meet World comedy video competition, besting 137 other entries from aspiring comedians all over the world.
“Dr. Nathaniel ‘Nace’ Cruz won the won the competition with his entry titled Junjun: The Social Media Savvy Beggar (Episode 1 Hunger),” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
Cruz’s video, which was directed by Henry Posadas, got around 14,284 votes.

As the winner, he gets a trip to New York City to meet the award-winning producers of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
