You can’t really have too much fun while clubbing these days.
Actress Maricar de Mesa-Allado lost a designer bag containing her personal stuff inside a bar early Sunday morning, a report in People’s Journal said.
Police managed to arrest the man who took the bag, but the suspect ratted out on his accomplices. The suspect was identified as Kimber Olmoguiz, 18, whom police described as a student-athlete.
The actress said she was spending time with her friends at Prive Luxury Club at 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig when she noticed that her bag, which she placed on her table, was missing. The club’s security camera recorded how the suspect sneaked towards the actress’s table and took away the bag.
Her husband Don Allado, meanwhile, took to Twitter to seek help, especially from the country’s two big networks.
Upon his arrest, police recovered the victim’s mobile phone, but not her designer bag, which the suspect said was with his accomplices. Investigators declined to reveal the identities of the accomplices so as not to jeopardize the follow-up operation.
