Abandoned baby boy found near a creek in Laguna

Police authorities are trying to identify the parents of an abandoned baby boy who was found near a creek in Laguna on Monday night.

Members of a neighborhood volunteer brigade making rounds in the area found the baby inside a plastic bag after hearing him cry. His umbilical cord was still attached.

According to GMA News, the baby was taken to a nearby hospital, where it was discovered that he has urinary tract infection (UTI.)

The baby is now resting as the authorities try to identify and locate his parents.
