This is just in time for Valentine’s Day.
“According to a recent Social Weather Stations survey, if given a choice, nine out of 10 adult Filipinos would pick ordinary-looking partners who had a sense of humor over good-looking partners who had no sense of humor,” reports Agence France-Presse (AFP) on InterAksyon.com.
The SWS went on to reveal that “94 percent of women chose sense of humor over looks, even if that person was physically unattractive.” Meanwhile, “86 percent of men who prefer humor over looks.”
The survey had 1,550 respondents. Its results assert that humor beats beauty, so we sure hope those respondents were telling the truth.
