Family mourns the death of Roy Saballero and his fiancé Jocelle Demapula, who died in a heartbreaking accident last Saturday in Bacolod.
Before their burial on Sunday, the couple’s relatives agreed on having a simple ceremony similar to a wedding to fulfill the couple’s plan of getting married later this year, ABS-CBN News reports.
According to Sabllero’s mom, the pair died almost at the same time. A car tragically hit the tricycle the couple was riding. The accident also killed the tricycle driver, and left four other passengers injured.
Those who survived the accident plan to file a case against the car driver.
Investigations are still ongoing.
