After being publicly tagged by President Rodrigo Duterte on Sunday morning, eight local officials from Maguindanao, South Cotabato, who are allegedly involved in illegal drug trade flew to Manila to turn themselves in.
Duterte gave the listed individuals 24 hours to surrender to authorities or suffer the wrath of the Punisher, Duterte’s moniker.
