8 Cebu Pacific flights cancelled due to ‘aircraft situation’

When people use fancy phrases as “reasons,” they arouse suspicion.

“The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) on Thursday, October 23, said that eight flights from Cebu Pacific Air were cancelled due to an ‘aircraft situation,'” reports Aries Joseph Hegina on Inquirer.net.

The DOTC listed the following cancelled flights on its official Twitter page:

1. 5J-637 Manila-Puerto Princesa
2. 5J-638 Puerto Princesa-Manila
3. 5J-373 Manila-Roxas
4. 5J-374 Roxas-Manila
5. 5J-447 Manila-Iloilo
6. 5J-448 Iloilo-Manila
7. 5J-907 Manila-Caticlan
8. 5J-908 Caticlan-Manila

The report noted: “The DOTC did not elaborate on the ‘aircraft situation’ which forced the cancellation of these flights.”
