This girl’s life deserves a movie.
“A 14-year-old girl was arrested Friday night by elements of the City Intelligence Branch (CIB) of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) following a buy-bust operation in Barangay Labangon, Cebu City,” reports Mars W, Mosqueda Jr. in Tempo.
The report noted that “while the arrest of the teenage girl was surprising enough for the policemen due to her young age, the operatives were even more surprised to find drugs worth almost PHP6 million in her possession.”
The police nabbed the girl following a two-week surveillance that was launched after they received information about the girl’s illegal activities.
According to the report, the girl claimed that “she ran away from home and decided to live on her own because her mother beat her up often.” She also said she is willing to cooperate in the investigation.
The question now is: Who the heck is her supplier?
