Kids are constantly in danger whether we know it or not.
“A four-year-old boy named Rheven Mendoza died after accidentally drinking silver cleaner that was stored in a bottle of mineral water over the weekend in Pasay City,” reports Mitch Arceo in Tempo.
The dead boy’s 27-year-old mother, Romela, said she found him unconscious inside their store and took him to the hospital.
The report said that “Romela no idea what happened to him and only learned what really took place when the doctor said the boy died from drinking silver cleaner.” That was when she realized that they have some silver cleaner stored in a mineral water bottle. The boy must have mistaken it for water and drank it.
The investigation is ongoing.
