This one can be tagged as a mystery.
“Four security personnel of Barangay Upper Bicutan in Taguig City were hurt after eight unidentified men attacked their barangay hall at around 5:40am on Thursday, Dec 12,” reports Mike Frialde in The Philippine Star.
According to the Southern Police District, the eight unidentified men, who were armed with pistols, simply barged into the barangay hall. They proceeded to fire some shots and pistol-whip the security personnel who were on-duty at that time. The victims were identified as Bilona Oposs, Lazardo Pica, Domer Riego, and Imelda Reyes.
After doing their thing, the suspects simply fled the scene. Police are still trying to figure out what the heck their motive was.
