With incidents like this one, who would believe that Metro Manila crime rate has decreased?
“Four individuals were wounded after they were shot by unidentified gunmen near EDSA and Cabrera Street in Pasay City at around 4am on Thursday, August 21,” reports Zandro Ochona on ABS-CBNnews.com.
Police later said that the real target of the gunmen was a certain alias “Saddam,” who works as jeepney barker in the area.
“Saddam” got shot, but so were three others.
The report noted: “The victims were rushed to San Juan De Dios Hospital for treatment.”
The investigation is ongoing.
