Maybe they just hate Mondays.
“On Monday evening, Feb 2, four people, including two minors, were apprehended for allegedly holding a pot session in Barangay Acacia, Malabon City,” reports ABS-CBN correspondent Carolyn Bonquin on ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report cited barangay tanod Lester Yu, who related that he and other watchmen “were on their foot patrol around the village when they got a whiff of a curious smoky scent coming from an alley.” They followed the odor to its source and there they saw the four suspects getting high.
The barangay officials also reportedly recovered “seven improvised pipes hidden in the cracks of the wall in the area where the four had hung out.”
