3 storms expected in September

“The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced that up to three storms are expected to hit the country in September,” reports Frances Mangosing on Inquirer.net.

Alexis Cada of PAGASA added that “by October, the prevailing weather system is expected to shift to northeast monsoon which brings cool winds. It is usually identified with the Christmas season.”
