3 Pinays in Forbes magazine’s 2015 ‘Most Powerful Businesswomen in Asia’ list

“Three Pinay businesswomen were included in Forbes magazine’s list of ’50 Most Powerful Businesswomen in Asia,'” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

Who are they?

1. Teresita Sy Coson, vice chairman of SM Investments and chairman of BDO Unibank, who’s on the list for the fourth time in a row.

2. Helen Yuchengco Dee, chairman of Rizal Commercial Banking Corp., who was cited for leading the Yuchengco group of companies which includes RCBC, non-life insurance firm Malayan Insuance and construction firm EEI.

3. Zenaida Rustia-Tantoco, chairman and CEO of SSI Group and Rustan’s Commercial. SSI is the specialty retail arm of Rustan’s group.

The report noted: “The 2015 Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen list includes 50 women from various industries in the region, including venture capitalism, construction, malls, telecommunications, and retail.”
