Three enterprising personnel of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority have been arrested for selling diesel fuel they reportedly stole from an MMDA street sweeper vehicle.

According to GMA News, the three were caught selling the diesel fuel to drivers near the Crossing area in Mandaluyong City.
