As we said, hotlines are pretty hot right now — and the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) wants in on the action.
“MIAA has launched a 24/7 hotline where passengers can direct complaints and concerns regarding the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). The number is 877-1111,” reports Mary Grace Padin in The Philippine Star.
MIAA general manager Ed Monreal explained, “If (people) have immediate concerns when they are inside (NAIA premises). Let’s say they have complaints about vehicle drivers. They can call, identify where they are and someone will come to respond.”
The report noted: “The MIAA also has an SMS assistance service called Text NAIA with mobile phone number 09178396242. Passengers can also use NAIA’s trunkline, 877-1109, which is handled by 14 operators.”
