That’s great to hear.
“On Sunday, June 29, Senator Franklin Drilon said the Senate will closely examine the 2015 General Appropriations Act to make certain that there will be no pork barrel or related items in the national budget,” reports Ernie Reyes on InterAksyon.com.
The report noted: “Drilon called on the executive branch, through the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), to ensure that the 2015 national budget currently being drafted will be free of “pork” or anything that resembles the axed Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).”
