These numbers aren’t encouraging.
According to data from the Philippine National Police (PNP), there were 52,529 robbery and theft cases recorded in the metropolis in 2013.
“The Northern Police District (NPD) composed of the cities of Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela recorded 4,840 incidents, the fewest robbery and theft cases in Metro Manila from January to November last year,” reports Marielle Medina of Inquirer Research on Inquirer.net.
So, 4,840 is considered “the fewest”? We’re officially scared.
