The more cops, the better.
“On June 2, the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) will be deploying 2,000 police officers to secure students who will be trooping back to Metro Manila schools,” reports Mike Frialde on Philstar.com.
Senior Senior Ariel Arcinas, chief of NCRPO Regional Operations, said that as part of the security plan, they will set-up Police Assistance Desks (PADs) at various Metro schools colleges and universities.
The report said that “undercover police officers will also be deployed onboard buses, FX shuttles and passenger jeepneys to deter criminal elements.”
