“Two people were wounded after their motorcycles collided along Quezon Avenue in Quezon City before dawn on Wednesday, April 23,” reports ABS-CBN News correspondent Kori Quintos on ABS-CBNnews.com.
One of the riders, who was identified as Niño Valencia, claimed that his motorcycle crashed into the motorcycle of Indian national Tejpal Singh because “the latter was driving in the opposite direction of traffic.”
Singh, who did not wear a helmet, was suspected of being drunk at the time of the crash. He was rushed to the hospital because he had head injuries.
