We hope they get every rotten apple out of their barrel.
“According to Teodorico Basas said three Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic enforcers extorted PHP3,000 from him in exchange for his confiscated car plate,” reports Alex Calda on ABS-CBnnews.com.
The police set up an entrapment operation after Basas complained.
Sure enough, as the report revealed, “Noel Galang, 31; and Salvador Sison, 50 were arrested at the corner of Boni Serrano and Katipunan avenues.” Unfortunately, their cohort, identified as Randy Florida, managed to escape.
According to MMDA chairman Francis Tolentino, the three may be removed from service if found guilty.
