You never think it could happen to you…until it does.
“Two persons were killed while three others were injured after their car slammed into the center island along C5 Road in Taguig City in the early hours of Monday, May 12,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
While the identities of the fatalities were not made known, the injured victims were John Carlo Mariano, Jaime Partinas, and Robert Roa. All those injured were aged 19 years old.
According to the report, “the car driven by Mariano was speeding along the service road and when it reached C5 Road, the vehicle went out of control and rammed into the center island’s wall.” Then, the vehicle rolled several times, throwing two of its occupants out of the car.
Curiously enough, police recovered from the wrecked vehicle a gun, a knife and several ammunition. The investigation is ongoing.
