“Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Leila De Lima has issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (LBO) against 17 suspects in the fatal hazing of De La Salle College of St. Benilde student Guillo Cesar Servando,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report noted that “while an LBO cannot bar the suspects from leaving the country, it may be remembered that De Lima, in a previous separate case, said authorities may arrest, on the spot, LBO subjects who attempt to flee and charge them with obstruction of justice.”

The LBO was issued upon the request of National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Virgilio Mendez.
