15 kilos of shabu seized in QC raid

These drug quantities is enough to drive people out of the city.

“At least 15 kilograms of shabu worth about P75 million were seized in a buy-bust operation in Quezon City on Monday morning, August 25,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

According to the report, “the illegal drugs were seized from three suspects during a buy-bust operation in front of a restaurant at the corner of West Avenue and Examiner Street.”

Senior Inspector Roberto Razon, chief of Quezon City Police District Anti-Illegal Drugs-Special Operations Task Group, revealed that undercover policemen started dealing with the suspects a week ago.”

The undercover policemen then posed as buyers and asked the suspects for two kilograms of shabu.

The report added that the suspects for this particular drug raid “were part of the group of a Chinese national who was recently arrested with 10 kilos of shabu in a drug bust in Philcoa area.” Yes, that’s right, the very same man who got slapped by QC Mayor Herbert Bautista.
